I'm day 1

Well, I'm gonna get back on board again and say that today is day 1 AGAIN for me. Tired of being on day 1 all time but this time I'm gonna give it 150%! Smoked 3 on the way to work and gonna throw the rest away and let today be day 1!!!!!

Yes I am on day one. Using the nicorette patches. It was a struggle this morning but my cravings seem to have subsided somewhat this afternoon.

Just go steady with the sugar free Chupa Chups....they're rather wind inducing!! :eek:

I went through 5 one afternoon and boy did I suffer!

Back to day 1 for me today after several stupid relapses. Feeling strong, but its always day 2 that gets me! Fingers crossed!
