Thought I would just copy and paste my quit counter in here.

My name is Trisha, and I am a nicotine addict.

I have stopped nicotine for 3 months, 8 days, 10 hours, 51 minutes and 40 seconds (100 days).

I've not smoked 1708 death sticks, and saved £385.82.

I've saved 5 days, 22 hours and 18 minutes of my life.

And I feel damm good. Here's to the next 100.

Bet you feel fantastic right now trisha 100 day is quite a major point to reach during your first year of quitting. Congrats on getting here, and i'm sure you know now how precious this quit is to you and indeed those you care about too, so keep up the work on maintaining this excellent effort so far, and i'll race ye to the next marker.

All the early milestones seem big but i think it was when i hit the 100 milestone i really thought i had cracked it so good luck.

Just imagine all them smokers huddled outside in this awful wet & windy weather we have up here.

You surprised me by posting my pic of the pink Orchid Cactus flowers. The red flowering Orchid Cactus totally outshone the pink ones this year. Thanks for thinking my photo worthy for saving and posting. Next year I'm hoping that the white ones come into maturity. Oops...found out my secret dirty hobby of selective indoor plant growing
