Last day of week 3!

I've just gone down a patch strength, and am heading into unchartered territory now as far as quitting goes!

Last time I managed just about three weeks - then had a couple on a night out, went another week - then just started smoking again.

This time it's going to be different!

I have to say I'm loving having smaller patches - I was running out of skin to put those HUGE things on! :D

So very soon you will be counting in months, not weeks. Well done, you are doing really well and you should be very proud.

You sound really positive and thats good, remember how well you are doing and that you don't want to do the last weeks again.

Stay strong and know that we are all here if you need us.

Hi

Good luck with the reduced patch strength. Are you on the middle or lighter ones now?

I'm on the 16 hr mid strength patches and am coping well with those and the occasional draw on my inhalator. The high dose 24hr patch was just to strong for me during the night..... vivid dreams or what!!

All the best to you with week 4/1month

I'm on the middle ones now.

My dreams seemed to calm down a bit on the higher ones when I forgot to change my patch one night and switched to putting the new one in the morning - so it was a bit less potent by the time I went to bed. I'm still on the 24 hour ones.

I can't wait to be on the REALLY little ones! :D

Well done for reducing your patch it's another milestone. Soon you will be down to little ones and the time passes quicker as you are stopped longer.
