Hi guys,

Quit for 3 months earlier this year and relapsed in June during a stressful time.

Back to day 1 now - September 29th.

So far so good - using the inhalator again as it worked well before.

Great to see you back here. I do remember when you had your relapse and I am so pleased that you have made it back to restart your quit.

Quite a few of the MMQ are still around and posting. (I think the Name That threads have kept me sane at times, though I suppose that's debatable - but they've certainly helped keep me off the cigs!)

bad luck , stress is a horrible thing. :/

Hello, good luck today.

Im just using inhalator aswell, keep worrying it will fall out my jumper pocket and down the loo! Id def have to get it back, only got one! Maybe i should get a spare?

Ive managed 3 months a couple of times, when the patches finished i pretty much had a fag the next day! Id undone all my hard work and stress.

Keep going and keep us posted.

thanks guys! the support on here basically got me through last time. never underestimate it!

The inhalator - I have 3 packs but have found a little pouch thing to keep it in inside my bag. it used to come in a plastic box like a cig packet - not sure why they got rid but the boots own version still has it if you want to purchase that instead?
