so im day four and almost finished i must add! been out all day. went ot the car booty and then back to my mums for some sunbathing and fell asleep luckily didnt get too burnt then got my little man back from his dads and had a roast and just got home

Yup, fraid so Bev, here in Essex was a scorcher too, has been all week!!
Jade, glad to hear the forums are helping you, aiming for the different sections, they helped me in the early part, and well done on getting past the worst part.
It gets a lot easier now, but theres still work to do, and there will be moments to test you, but just remember you have done the hardest part mate, and if you do slip, your'll have to do that all again.
Like I say, after 6 weeks, I reckon I was 100% over it, and I don't ever have a moment now.
Keep busy, and think of the little chappie like you said!
