Butterflies

Got right butterflies in my tummy this morning and I think it is because I told myself yesterday I will NEVER smoke again. Mind games started as soon as I made my cuppa this morning but I have managed. I was going days without cigs before but had never told my self that i would never smoke again and I think that is the difference. I am happy I will never smoke again just need to convince my sub brain lol.

Played World of Warcraft last night which did help so think I will get back into that when craves are getting bad and Ive got the time. Was wanting Mark to play one of the games I got for wii but he was so tired he fell asleep on settee bless him, so I ended up on WoW. :rolleyes:

omg no way am I horde, did start a horde char but didnt do much with it, Ive got a lvl 73 druid, a paladin, warlock. Did a bit with a dark knight but never got back to it lol. If I start playing again regular should get to lvl 80 soon but I am enjoying taking my time.

Rest of the day has gone fine and not felt too stressed hopefully today will be as good

WoW is a good distraction, i play it a fair bit but nowhere near as much as i used to. I'll forgive you for being alliance
