well, still here and still not given in to any temptation. Dare I say I think today may have been a little easier so far? Appetite coming back, sense of smell getting super human, sleepy and coughing a bit. I see all that as winning.

Day 4 too!
Good job on day 4 as it is mine too! My coughing has let up now and I am feeling good. Got my patch on and ready to go. Realized last night though having a few beers the craving is still there some, note to self-only have maybe 2-3 if any! Good luck on your quit and stay strong.
