My incentive for stopping was when we got Cosmo (my dog) from the shelter here, I knew he would need lots of walks, and now we do 2 walks every day each lasting for an hour, mostly up hills so its a real test on your lungs.

Im fitter than I have ever been,Ive toned up and I feel great Cosmos happy too:Dlol
