6 months today YAY

Hi guys.

It's 6 months today since I quit.(22 Feb)

I still get the odd fleeting moment, but they are quite rare now.Only now am I starting to feel really well for longer periods.

For those of you just starting out, hang in there, it DOES get better and easier. Just try not to give in. It's worth it in the end.
