I had a 'nice feeling' earlier, i went to sainsburies for some more patches.. as I'll have completed my 6 weeks tomorrow, i needed the 'step 2 14mg ones', so went to the pharmacy counter, they had none i was like.. :eek: and the lady behind the counter then said they probably had the step 2's on aisle 30.. so off i went.. got some then was stood in the queue behind the ethel's and mables and i then looks over and notices no queue by the cigarette counter... well i know i can take small items to that till there, so i off i went to the ciggy counter, and paid up there..
the nice feeling bit was because:
a) it felt really good to be getting my patches from that particular counter knowing i wasn't buying cigs.
b) they asked me how long i'd not smoked for and i told them it would be 6 weeks tomorrow night.. it made all the difference to be told well done by folk who must sell thousands upon thousands of the very thing i've quit using 
Did wonders for me, i'd recommend it to anyone hehe
