Jude :)

Very nice going. Settle into this just nicely now. don't let stress build up, half the stress we think we got while quitting is just not there in the reality of it..

Keep going jude.. well done on this, but lets take this much further.

Jase.

LoL Jase yes, I can't believe i keep putting myself through those first three days again for the sake of "just one" which there never is.....

Keep readdicting myself to the darn things-m but no, hairy five days but starting to feel good again now.:)

Thanks Marg-No little lapses present the full five days. No booze either which i'm sure helps!

Those little lapses just make it so much harder- One cigarette just makes you crave the next one- There's no such thing.:D

Jude,

I know the first week is like walking through a thick swamp.. time seems to go slower and each day is a challenge, but you keep on adding a day to this at a time and keep your overall goal in clear view. Stick to your guns on this.. nothing is worth going through all that again.

If you get any tough moments, and you just want to vent, and heck if you want to turn the air blue but are worried about the forum rules, then send me a forum PM with as many expletives as you can think of all crammed into one post. I don't mind one bit :)

The key thing is you succeeding, and no matter what it takes.. you don't go back .. always look forward.

I know you can do it, you know you can do it.

Keep going.

Jude

Keep plodding away, the days will turn into weeks and the weeks into months. Be prepared for all the little *bumps* intended to push you off course.

Never take another puff, remember you are an addict. Lastly having done the last 5 days why ever do them again?

Good luck - stay strong.
