Take photos!!

My GP suggested I take photos.

Well last night i looked at a photo from when i was 17 and compared it to now 20 and OMG my face is so glum and greyish looking and my eyes look a bit hollow

So i just took a picture of my face and a picture of my teeth and each week im going to do the same to see the changes happen.

This could be really good motivation for people. I know it will be for me as im very consious of my image.

Try it and see what happens x x x

hmmm I think that this is also a good idea so far because you can compare yourself a year before. And see what you will plan next for the next one. who knows it will also be good for the rest of us here
