Made it to day 4!

Can't believe I'm on day 4 already! I've found it hard a couple of times today but just got myself through them.

Found I can smell the smoke really badly on other people now, realising they stink!! Glad thats not me anymore. Especially my Mum who I picked up rearlier to take to a black tie do she has gone to tonight, she was all dressed up looking fab but had just had a fag and smelt really bad!

Onwards and upwards!!

Ah, good for you. I am just a wee bit before you, my hubby keeps smoking & I keep gagging, worse tham befor it did not bother me.

Your mummy will always be lovely 'cos she is your mummy, but as lovely as mums aree we don't want to be 100 % LIKE THEM DO WE) well maybe we do but not the not so nice things.

Bloody hell, I can so ramble sorry :D but the good thoughts are in there LOL

Mum has been trying to give up for years, I think she will try again soon. Its harder for her to keep smoking when I'm not! We have both been doing Weight Watchers and she is half a pound from her goal weight and said she would give up when she gets there, I'll hold her to it, and help her do it.

Well done Pink....you are doing just great....... its so funny to be whinging about smokers and how bad they smell.....when we used to smell the same .....its a bit of a shock.....most of my friends and hubby still smoke:rolleyes:

But now we smell of washing powder and perfum and lovely things!

Just thinking about all the money I have spent on perfeum over the years only for it to be covered up with the smell of cigarettes moments after I put it on!

I'm lucky my husband has never smoked, but most of my close friends do. I have been avioding them this week really, just not sure how good my will power will be when I'm around them! They are all very supportive so won't offer me one or anything but I know old habits die hard! Maybe next week I'll meet up with them!
