I am on Day Seven of not smoking

I have Bad sores in my mouth cant eat or drink hurts to swallow and talk does anyone know what will help get rid of the sores plz help

Any medical condition should be seen by a doctor first and foremost. I would make an appointment with your doctor if only to put your mind at rest, and you never know he may have just the solution for you that will help quickly.

I have read many times on this forum of people suffering from mouth ulcers and sores when they quit - hopefully someone will be along to share this problem with you - and maybe give you some re -assurance - horrid for you I am sure but it will be worth it - Peta

Well done you on your first week as a non smoker

Sorry your mouth and throat are so sore but it seems very common for us quitters early on

If it bothers you and doesn't clear up fairly soon go and see the Dr at least it will set your mind at rest
