Good morning all you non-smokers Day 12 just gets better, 6 mile run last night and i could have ran 6.1 miles lol ... god should have done this years ago ./.... anyway i waffle hope you are all well and enjoyin gthe freedom

Nice going bradders, i am going to try a spot of running at some point, going to ease myself into it first though as i've not ran in years. Can't believe it thoguh, i used to at one point be the fasted guy in our school, ran like the wind. I gotta get in training for the fathers race for school sports days when my little 'un grows up.

Actually i'm really glad i bought the nintendo wii, its fun, its something both me and the fiancé can have a laugh with, and can be used even when its raining .. perfect!

I've also discovered i like pineapple juice alot, lovely drink.. not too sharp.

good stuff get out there and run before the rain and cold come along .. i honestly think it is the running that has made me more determined to quit ..and yes the Wii is brilliant i spend hours on there with my kids, they laugh at my pathetic tennis skills hahahaha (but i have been secretly practising so i will surprise them this weekend ) hahah have a good weekend mate

I'm in awe at Eddie Izzard still though, running a marathon every day for sport relief is a hell of a thing to take on, just amazing that. Shame it wasn't more promoted.

From what i understand? he still is i think? I think the original plan was every day for 17 days. Coulda swore i saw a news item somewhere that said he'd visited a hypnotherapist for a session or so prior to it.
