I was just reading some of the older posts because we all quite roughly the same time.......give or take a couple of days.

Anyway I just realised that today is day 49 or 7 weeks quit for me today.

Doesn't time fly.

I must say that having read hundreds of posts over the last few weeks it certainly does get easier and easier and the cravings are few and far between.

I was able to stop using patches after 3 weeks and I am really glad that I did. Health has certainly improved. So tomorrow is day 50 and another smoke free day crossed off. Isn't it a wonderful feeling.

Caz & passenger if your reading then lets see you back on here and winning your battle. To everyone else, just remember the mantra........... never take another puff......... and remember that a Positive Mental Attitude will win the day.
