wow ive almost finished day 7 but yeah

day 4 - 9/8

went out with mates...was all good

day 5 - 10/8

my mate brought a pack of slik cut purple's and was trying to tempt me to have one and see if i'd give in...but i didnt, so he has a full pack of 20 to himself rarther than me smoking most of them like i usaully would

day 6 - 11/8

was fine but did get very snappy often

day 7 - 12/8

have been fine all day:Di think this time im actually going to quit for good yay

I was getting worried that we hadn't heard from you for a little while, but it is really great to know you are still doing good. It sould like you have had a few temptations put your way - I bet your mates are just jealous that you are doing so well!

he saw seeing if i'd give in easily cuz usaully i would, but this time i havnt haha

you'll still be hearing alot from me mate

she is supporting me, she keeps pushing me & giving me the tlc i need to take my mind of cigs etc etc
