Not a major concern, just logging it in as an experience thing in case others hit it and think they are alot on it.
Been feeling really tired all night tonight, and last night too, early nights don't seem to be help it anyway either.
Just wonder if its the lack of extra stimulation causing it? I know i'm using patches and getting a steady flow over time, but when we have got used to i suppose these 'hits' in larger doses, i guess it takes time to adjust or something.
Its the closest thing to narcolepsy without falling asleep is the best way to describe how i've been tonight
I love my sleep, the whole goin to bed thing.. but i also like my evenings a bit more awake so i don't feel my day isn't just about going to work

Sorry you been so tired the last couple of evenings again it does seem to hit at odd times and then you're alright again for a while
But even this will pass and become less often as time passes by Promise
I think you may well be right and it the larger doses of nicotine being missing that causes this to happen although you have a steady amount going into your body now it isn't the same as the high amount you were used to
Your body will adjust to this it just takes a bit of time that's all
Thankyou for the help a couple of days ago much appreciated
hi jase, i'm always tired too, some days more than others, i put it down to mental exhaustion, its hard work mentally going through this whether your aware of it or not. Im hoping the body and brain will eventually adjust to the new me. but at the end of the day its so worth the slight trauma dont you think. we all have to be patient and let ourselves heal. x
hi jase, have you tried drinking coffee in the late afternoon? - i.e before you leave work. This way your alert in the evening and then crash before you go to bed ..
might work dunno? worth experimenting with i guess
congrats on being at the end of the first month. thats a great achievement
