Well monday is my danger day not because of want, nor need of my old crutch, but because its the most stressy work day of my week. In previous weeks yeah true enough i've felt the quit more than any other day of the week, but not today.
Today has been busy(ish), but i've not been stressed at all today, feeling quite chipper as it happens. Theres been the odd niggly moment but nothing i can't handle but that then comes down to usual work stuff and nothig like a craving got in the way at all, in fact.. not in the slightest.
So day 30.. no bother.. and nearly work day done.
