Hey guys,

I'm starting again back at sq1! If I could turn back time and not mess up right at the end of my 2nd week that would be amazing. Feels like i've dented my progress, but im being positive and starting again from the begining.

Gosh the nxt 3 days are gonna be hell!

You do right. On the snakes and ladders game of this addiction, you landed on a big snake. Here.. take my lucky dice, they are fiddled to roll 6's when the snake is on 5.

Good luck this time, remember where you went wrong, and heres to you for getting right back on the horse.

Tis a pity you got to 2 weeks and are right back at day 1, but its better than leaving it for weeks/months and not doing so.. way better.

Well done u for starting again that takes some doing and boy do i know that.

I am struggling at start of wk 3, and your post just reminded me how i would feel if i gave in again now.

Sorry that you are back here - but you are here in a much better position than you were before. You already have 2 weeks of smoke free life behind you - so this time it will be easier - honest!
