Congratulations on your first month complete and into your second month :) well done :)

what step patches are you on? (mg dosage level if not step number)

the 3 days may well be much easier than you think, i did 3 days CT after only 20 days on patches to see how i coped, and i was managing just nice then for pretty much most of it. Day 3 was a bad monday in work tho.

Yeah! Well done at coming so far! Don't worry about coming off the patches - just take it easy and follow the instructions. By the time you get there you'll hardly notice.

Well done - keep smiling!:D

Well the step 3 7mg's are easier to adjust than you think, and if they are the 24 hour ones, can generally be left on alot better than the 21mg step 1's that i'm currently using so during sleep they are there for when you wake up.

now i mention leaving them on? Well heres the trick.. and good idea for the first 3 or 4 days.. u leave the existing one on for half a day longer than you should.. and put your new patch on somewhere else at the normal time.

The old patch will lose its strength over the over-time, but what it will do is give you the minor extra kick you need to adjust, you may find u don't need to at all, but this option is there for you without u wasting patches or halves.

You just gotta remember which is the old one and take it off half way through the patch cycle of the new one.

Not what you're looking for?
