day 12 and wobbling slightly

first day back at work today, and has some moments where I could have quite easyley lit up, instead out came my inhalator that i frantically sucked (2 of my friends were in stitches over this)

Haven't smoked but would have liked to!!!

feel I will be snacking alot tonight!

Sorry you found day 12 tough to cope with but you're doind really well

Just hang in there I promise it does get better

Doesn't matter if you snack just don't smoke

If those two friends are smokers remember that' you'll have the last laugh

The main thing is.. you didn't smoke, so good for you Your friends will get used to you using the inhilator soon, and once you are used to being back at work again, i'm sure you will relax a bit again.

Hi Bextala well done on not lighting up , im a day behind you , there new hurdles every day , but that's all they are - hurdles , were getting there and they tell us it gets easier and getting help from people in this forum we'll get there
