Well, i got a compliment today from someone i speak to quite often who had no idea i'd quit smoking. She commented that i was seeming alot more awake and was faster than the tazmanian devil running around the site fixing pc's this week... it made me realise that i was perhaps seeing another great benefit of not smoking .. a new found energy.
