I read your first posts from your early days and I bet looking back now you are definitely seeing the benefits already and able to be thankful you've gone through the worst bit.

Keep on your guard against unexpected stresses and stuff though, and manage any 'moments' as they arise.

Good luck for the rest of week 3 and i'll see soon in month 2 :).. omg.. month 2!!

Hi everyone

Thank you all for your congrats and support on being smoke free for 3 weeks. I do still have some days when all i think about is cigs, but it passes, as soon as it comes.

Jase180709 - I too have read back through my earlier posts and I didnt ever think id be in this section.

Stu, Marg and Nic - I really cant wait to be counting in months.
