I am back - on day two and feel GREAT!!! Thought I would pop in and touch base has anyone some links for a bit of reading!?!? Would really appreciate it incase I need some back up

Add up how much you are likely to save in 1 year of no smoking, get that total amount fixed in your head.. and check out what holiday that kind of money can afford.

In my case i added it up to £2080'ish, and thats a really nice holiday not just for me, but for my fiancé and daughter too.

If not a holiday in mind, a car.. or some smaller things.. i bet if you looked around your living room at home you could find at least 1 thing you want to get a better version of. (TV, DVD recorder, hifi, rug, settee.. the list goes on).

Thats good reading material, retail therapy, and knowing that all you need to do is keep true to your quit and keep your goals in focus.

Nice to know I have you good people rooting for me!! See I live with two chain smokers who think because I am the one quitting - I should live the room when they want to light up if it bothers me lol:eek: it is quite funny but I seriously cant imagine smoking a fag ever again I dont know what came over me but I feel ready this time!!!

I am in the mood for a fight(nicotine addiction)
