Well, made it through the weekend....just.....lost the inhalator twice and had to drive the 2 hour journey back home without it. Been a bit stressed, but got through it. I must say when I walked passed a load of smokers outside the services it stunk quite bad. Am pleased I've made it past day 4....Gotta go now
Good luck everyone

Thanks for the support. Am hoping I find the rest of the week easier although I'm gonna have to go get a new starter kit as inhalator completely vanished into thin air! I don't think I really need it as well as the patches but it just makes me feel a bit less stressed knowing it's there if need be.
I swapped from tailor made cigs to roll ups ooooh about 6 years ago and when I made that change I didn't miss the pre-rolled ones as I was just smoking something different. now I sort of feel the same about my little cartridges and inhalator. I have to keep reminding myself that I've given up and not swapped to another form of smoking!
Even if you don't need the inhalor if having one close by in case of need helps I think it's a good idea to get another one even if you never use it
Hi Writetchris
I'm pleased that the inhalor is helping you and in time you'll find you need it less often
I'm so pleased your gf is helping so much and her thread on here is great as it gives an insight for others as to how peoples OH see the quit which I'm sure will help many on here
Well done Both your doing great and if the bit of plastic is helping great i used a bit of rolled up paper on one quit HEHE. Once you get a bit more time under your belt it will get much easyer HONEST.xxxxxx
