hands look really messed up!

I've just noticed my hands look really malnurished, dim green and yellow tints on them.

wtf? Is that a quitting smoking related thing?

Didn't think it was! its strange though, maybe my eyes are going fuzzy!!

When I was pondering about my hands earlier I'd noticed that i've been biting my nails badly this week, I never even realised it.
