Hi Joan welcome to the best forum I have had a few failed attempts but this forum has really helped me. There is always someone around who can help or has gone through the same good and bad.
It really helped in the first few days and even now - when ever things become difficult it's back to reading again.
You can do it, it just has to be important and you have to want it - want it more than ever smoking again.
Have a note in my purse, with my reasons have a post it above the kettle "never take another puff" - all my friends laugh, it can stay there - turning more and more yellow with age until I don't need it anymore - have a post it with never take another puff in my purse too and on the fridge and the pc at work.
Never take another puff is my thought, yours may be something else, read and read you'll find yours too.
I dont know if you remember me but I do you. Well done on your new quit I also failed a number of time but keep trying and just take each day as it comes. This has been my longest quit ever and must tell you it dose get much easyer the longer your quit. So just take each day as it comes and read and post all you can. Welcome back hunnie. Linda xxxxx
