Onwards and upwards. Day 5 (4 days and 20 hours actually!) for me and doing just fine. Now I can't wait for my first week anniversary! I think I should plan something special (that doesn't involve food!).

Why not treat yourself to something nice with the money saved by not smoking it will make you feel good as well
