Well at 11.45 tonight I can move up to month 1 as that will be me 3 weeks smoke free. I hope that's right that I move up to month 1?

Decided today I had to start doing some excercise so I've had a shot at archery, cycled, did a race in a canoe and played frisbee with a lovely wee dog.

It might have done me more good if it hadn't all been done on the new wii game Hey it kept my mind of fags for a wee while so it did it's job.

Still not found Gary..........he still seems to be missing

Well done Carol, that's fantastic.

I'd like to buy a Wi. My son has one & is such fun. My not smoking money is paying for my car so will have to give up something else LOL.
