Bloody big well done to you hun. That is an amazing achievement. Quitting smoking time is a bit like losing weight. After a week of being good you find you have lost 2 ounces & think GOSH why did I bother. After days, weeks of losing ounces they become pounds, stones (days, weeks months). Don't look too far ahead but look at what you have acheived & be proud.
