Hi everybody,
This is now the sixth week of my quit and for the last five days I have been off the patches. I have used no nicotine replacement of any kind. I must admit I didn't expect the cravings to come back and be so strong as they have been. But I have managed CT so far, completely nicotine free for the last five days and completely cig free for the last 38, that’s 1140 cigarettes I have not smoked.
Good luck to all trying to give up, it can be done; heck if I can do it, so can you.
