This is my 3rd week - 21 days - 3 boxes of patches later and im still going strong !!!

I find it amazing the number of people i now notice smoking as going about my daily business - i think today it was about 8 out of 10 people were smoking made me feel good that I didnt need to depend on fags anymore !!
