i quit on the 16th of march cold turkey this year and i thought i was doing ok but i still want one and im still constantly eating......will this feeling ever go away of feeling hungry cos i thought it would have gone now but it aint cheers dave....

Doing ok, you're doing great Dave. I'm only a little while longer than you and I have been the same, mine is levelling out now, the hunger pangs I get are the normal ones. Have you tried nibbling veg slices or filling yourself up with water (leave the Scotch out). I'm sure you will get back to normal soon Dave. David

Started off by eating loads of stuff I wouldn't normally and made an entire lemon curd cake to celebrate to celebrate my one month quit. Have also chopped up enough celery and carrots to last a week, keeping them in water in the fridge, to give myself a fighting chance.

Try making sure that most of your nibbles don't taste too good!
