5 months !!!!!!

I am now into month 5 !! I just can't believe I am checking in here, it's a full 4 months completed and I feel so much better than i had been feeling. I have a stone of weight Ihave decided to adress after 6 months of sabstinence but other than that i am here with no complaints...

Four months completed is fantastic, and glad to hear you sounding relaxed and positive. As for the weight gain, I can empathise with that. And I'm of the same mind - give myself a little longer, then really tackle losing the pounds I've gained.

thank you all for the replies. and thanks for the vote of confidence regarding weight, it is an issue but im sure i can rectify this shortly, so glad i feel more positive and well because it is a tough ride and i have felt low low low a lot of the time, wow its crazy that i am still with you guys, 135 days (I think) and 2700 fags NOT smoked!!!!!!

You guys are doing fab, especially to be losing the weight uv gained too.........i'll be bk to posting soon, just been mighty busy with work, kids etc.............

dee dee, the weight will come off then you will be slim and smoke free, I would say thats worth a little bit of a weight gain in the beginning. it will come off xxxx
