day 5 alone again!!

hi all, its been strange day - saturday n no fags!!! i feel bit down today, its getting to me a bit!!! feel like the patch might has well not have been their today for the cravings i felt... dred to think if the patch actually wasnt their - i probably wud be smoking my 100th fag by now!!! - but ive survived it & with the time now ive done day 5 & almost into day 6 well done me .. need to treat myself on monday when i go clinic again (hopefully i make it!!!) xx been a long 5 days
