this is the hardest thing i've ever done EVER!!!

Hi Jaimie,
Of course you can do it, just take it minute by minute, hour by hour, then day by day, you've hit the dreaded 3s - day 3, week 3, month 3, - for some reason we all (or most) go through horrible craves and feelings around these times, I was about to commit murrrrrder at week 3. So keep busy, busy, busy, or go to bed, or come on here and read everything by the time you've done that the bad feelings have gone.........that's what I did and it'll pass honestly.
i had a similar post at 3 weeks , dont know what it is around the 3 week mark but i was reassured at this point that this is common and it gets better AND IT DOES so stick with it dont give up giving up , were all here for you xx
Hey Jamie hope you have coped ok. If you can get passed this it will get better, I fell on the 3rd week when I quit with Mark in April and smoked half a cig and I so regretted it. I started back at day one but still had to get passed that 3rd week. I think now that if I started smoking again at some point I will have to quit again and go through all this again and I dont want to go through it again
Yo chrisse yeah i'am going to have a look at your posts soon.
well got on my bike and man....there is this long path and i must of been shouting my head off while pedaling like a complete mad man i have never been so angy.poor old bike i thought it was going to fall apart on me.
by the way on the way i got thinking about those people in charge of the tobacco companies.
Jamie YES YOU CAN stay quit! If I can, we can, then you can too. There isnt' one person on here who's had their quit being 100% easy but we've still done it.
Keep it up, I found week 3 to be tricky, but I'm in week 4 now and it's not as hard.
And remember how difficult that cycling and running will be with lungs clogged up with smoke
