Hiya all i managed to stay smoke free all day.Had few craves and the hot weather really has been affecting my mood was hoping for some rain but did not get much at all.:mad: Went for a meal after work and after ordering a drink i thought lets get a table next to the patio doors so i can have a cigarette.Then laughed at myself for thinking that.
