Day 13 and still going strong

With it being such a nice day yesterday I spent the tuime with friends, this ened up with lunch at the pub.

Just myself and another friend as "non smokers" the rest were puffing their heads off lol but this didnt seem to bother me.

Looking forward to tomorrow when I visit the drop in centre to check my progress
