Mark 11 weeks today

Mark my OH has made it to 11 weeks today, we both quit on the same day in April I fell and smoked half a cig and put myself back to day one, but Mark has gone the whole hog and not smoked any, this is his first quit he had smoked since he was 11 years old and he is 48 now. He stopped for two days onces as he was in hospital but that was it.

Just want to say how proud I am of him
