Day 14 today...

Well well well, i've made it to day fourteen!

i have to tell you that over the past few days i have rarely thought about smoking!

my life has completely changed for the better!:cool:

things i've noticed so far after 14 days are:

1.breath smells a lot better

2.energy levels are MUCH better

3.my face is glowing!

4.much more relaxed in my self

5.i excercise everyday, without dying

6.i take more care of my apparence than before.

7.i take my time with chores and tasks unlike before

8.i no longer get diarrhea

9.my eating habits are VERY healthy choices now.

and the biggest change i've noticed which has really knocked me for six is the fact that i've totally gone off drinking ALCOHOL!?

i have no interest in it at all now, is this OK?

Jamie that's GREAT!!!! 14 days ... it gets easier as each day goes by. I'm on day 21 and no longer have any physical craving at all

Sounds like you're getting an all round healthy lifestyle too, well done. It always seemed a bit pointless to get healthy while still smoking, now the fags are gone then it makes more sense. I just wish I had some energy today, I seem to have turned into sleepandeat monster. it'll pass.

Well done Jamie it can only get better and better now. Your new life is well on its way

You might find you start fancying a drink later in your quit, at first I wasnt bothered when I went out, but now I have the odd drink and enjoy it
