hi well this is my first post just hit 100 days today you lot really helped me even though i did not post kept coming back for support by reading the forum think i should return the favour by helping other people with what ive learnt used patches and inhalator finished the last 5mg patch on monday feel ok up till now still waiting for something to happen thx again
