Hi guys it is 7 weeks for me tomorrow, sorry not been posting much but I have such bad hay fever Im struggling to even read but I keep popping on and reading a bit. Ive not had hay fever like this since I was a non smoking kid and makes me wonder if it is with stopping smoking Ive gone back to how I used to be.
Cant believe Ive done 7 weeks as most of you know I started back on the 3rd March trying to beat this habit and failed a few times, but with the support and understanding of this forum I have beaten it. I feel a different person stronger and more confident and I really believe it is because I quit the fags they held me back so much.
Bumped into an old friend I used to work with and she couldnt believe I had stopped smoking think people looked at me as one of those people that would smoke to the grave.........but I am not
Big thank you to everyone that has helped me since I started battling at the beginning of March. I feel alive at last

Thanks Gaynor and Margaret, used that new nose thing from Lloyds pharmacy and a steroid spray and so far tonight not one sneeze bunged up but at least I can see tonight.
Hi Mel, 7 weeks - how great is that! You have done fantastic and are so much stronger now, keep going and keep smiling (in between the hay fever sneezes) ,
