Hi Fifi,

I would recommend the site whyquit.com completely.

There is so much to watch & read on there it has been hugely helpful in my quit this time round :)

I 2nd that about whyquit and also there are some links to other good sites in my signature.

Also Allen Carr's "Easy way to stop smoking" is a good read.

Education is IME the key.

I'd always recommend the three books in my sig below - available anywhere, and all brilliant in their own way.

Patrick Holfords how to quit without feeling shit.

He is a nutritionist and recommends a lot of supplements you can take, and eating plans etc.

I used that plus allen carrs easy way, and the patches and inhalator.

I believe i need all the help i can get..lol
