1 Month 24th

24th to the 24th

So... One month today I went cold turkey and I can now say it's starting to get easier each day the cravings are getting less and less I'm never thinking about it much really, maybe once a day sometimes not at all.. And the time is flying past me I'm starting to wonder where it all has gone. I can now say I feel like a non smoker and that feeling is the best in the world.. I'm still eating a fair bit though but that will soon past or start to improve soon I hope. :cool:

I'm going to Walcott to stay with my son Stuart and family

Maybe later in school holidays go to Fakenham in Norfolk to stay with my Mum for a few days

well done ozzy on the first month, great going, mine will be on 27th but may was 31 days month :(, and i couldnt wait before posting in the first month so i already posted mine in the month 1 forum lol, nevertheless bravo for you, enjoy your health
