Congratulations Linda - possibly the most inspirational quitter of them all.

No matter what the set backs you have stuck by it knowing that you are better off not smoking - and now you have done it.

Quite simply superb, and I can't tell you how happy I am to see you doing so well.

Hi Linda!! You are such a superstar 7 months is brilliant - so pleased for you.

I should be like Hope48 - 9 months- BUT stuff happened and the nicodemon used it for an excuse to start being fed again in December.

Then stopped again for 3 months earlier this year (and it felt a pretty solid quit)- but nicodemon found more excuses and here I am smoking 10 a day.

Need to stop, want to stop- just need huge kick start. I know I can do it - and the last 3 month quit was cold turkey too!

Think I may have to go the doc's for some champix help (again).

Best wishes to all you quitters - never stop quitting.
