My reasons for quitting

After 40 years of smoking and numerous attempts at stopping I finally decided enough was enough. Why?

My chest was making frightening noises and waking me up when I lay on my back to sleep.

I have been suffering from Reynards disease during the last few years and my fingers were often in a great deal of pain during the winter. Smoking is connected to circulatory problems and so is Reynards disease.

I was becoming more and more out of breath whenever I walked uphill or rushed about.

I don't want my grandchildren to grow up breathing in second hand smoke that can damage their health.
