I did it!!! 54 miles and it was pretty easy really, there are so many times when it gets congested you have to walk some of it.

I had a couple of cravings during the ride but ignored them. I did see one fool actually smoking while riding his bike!! What an idiot, if he enjoys cycling he'll have to give up the smokes eventually.

I enjoyed the ride so much I'm signing up for the London to Eastbourne in 5 weeks ... 75 miles this time. it'll help keep me off the smokes too
