Hi all, got to 7 weeks, had a few bad days..started again :mad:

unfortunately I was working with several smokers..cadged a cig off of one of them ...Bought a packet on the way home, been smoking 3 - 4 a day for last week.

getting ready for my next & final quit!!

Aiming for next monday, got to get my brain back into non - smoker mode!!

Post again soon.....keep up the good work

hello you.yes i failed lots of times too.

one good tip is to make a note of your triggers, whatever they are.

i have to keep reminding myself why i am quiting!

7 weeks is quite a long time to stop, so you have the willpower to go for longer iam sure!
