Hi all freedom fighters!

today has been really weird.felt great in the morning even though smoking was on my mind( as it usually is)

not sure how i can explain the feelings, i guess i feel really too healthy again and feel i could die from not having the smoke inside me. i feel like a new skin, but its a skin i feel uncomfortable being in!

i also find myself talking to myself, daydreaming, light-headedness, and growling in the mirror:rolleyes:

the question i had for myself was:was this part of my personality? i mean i couldnt blame all this on smoking could i! ive been smoking that long that ive forgotten what my traits and personality were like before i started smoking.

i think smoking clouds insecurities over, now that the clouds have gone i must tackle the problems i was avoiding before i started smoking!

if i can remove this horrible VERY addictive substance from my life then surely

i can tackle the deap down real issues i have...HEAD ON!

so why do smokers smoke? because we have issues including (insecurities, anxietys, etc) that we worry about dealing with.and cant deal with them HEAD ON!(apparently without smoking this junk)

Well done on day 5 you're doing great as for the way you're feeling at the moment it's perfectly natural to feel like this, most of us do

As for your question Why Do Smokers Smoke??? the answer to that is very simple Smokers Smoke because they're addicted to nicotine and need frequent fixes
